Terms of Service

These terms apply when a business uses DMJar, a product of Realbrain Technologies (legal name MD. Shariful Islam), Chittagong, Bangladesh. By signing up you accept them on behalf of your business.

The service

DMJar answers your customers on the channels you connect and turns conversations into orders and bookings. DMJar is in early access and free to use for now. We will tell you before any charge starts, and you can leave instead.

Your account

Keep your sign-in email safe, and invite only people who work for your business. You are responsible for what your team does in your account. You may only connect Pages, Instagram accounts, phone numbers and other accounts you have the right to use.

Your responsibilities

• Your catalogue, prices and policies are accurate, because the assistant answers from them.
• You check the assistant's work. It can make mistakes, and you can take over any chat at any time.
• You fulfil the orders and bookings you accept. The sale is between you and your customer.
• You tell your customers that they are being answered by an automated assistant where the law or a platform requires it.
• You follow the law, and the rules of Meta, WhatsApp and any other platform you connect, including their messaging rules.
• You handle your customers' data lawfully and honour their requests to delete it. See Data deletion.

What you may not do

• Send spam, or message people who have not contacted you or agreed to hear from you.
• Sell illegal goods or services, or anything the connected platform prohibits.
• Deceive people, or use DMJar to harm or harass anyone.
• Try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, or reach another business's data.

Your data

Your business's data stays yours. You allow us to process it only to run the service for you, as the Privacy Policy describes.

Availability and liability

We work to keep DMJar running and correct, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees. It also depends on services we do not control, such as Meta's platforms. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost sales, lost profits or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Stopping

You can stop at any time by disconnecting your channels and asking us to delete your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk, and we will say why unless the law prevents us.

Changes and law

We change the date above when we update these terms, and email you about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Questions: contact@dmjar.com.
